I'M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING IN TO WATCH!

Please try these steps:

  • • Please add info@gazebotv.comto your contact list to ensure messages from us do not end up in your spam folder.
  • • Make sure you are logged out of your Gazebo TV account .
  • • Try logging in again.

You will be immediately emailed a link that will log you in, once clicked. Open your email inbox and click the login link, or go to gazebotv.com/login-page

You will then be logged in to watch your purchased or rented video content. If you don’t receive a login email, please contact us at info@gazebotv.com

Can I watch my purchased or rented content without an internet or data connection? The short answer is no. In order to watch any content purchased or rented from Gazebo TV you need to either connect your device to the internet, or have a data connection. If you are connected and your video player does not work, please contact us at info@gazebotv.com and we will look into it for you!


HOW DO I WATCH IN THE IOS/ANDROID APP?

Watching your purchased or rentedvideos on the Gazebo TV app is supper easy! Just follow these steps:

  • 1. Open the app on your iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet.
  • 2. Once logged in and your library has loaded, tap the image of the video you want to watch.
  • 3. The video's collection will load, and you can choose a video to begin watching.
  • 4. Tap on a video and it will start playing right on the page. To watch in full-screen, click the fullscreen button in the lower right of the video.

HOW DO I WATCH VIDEOS ON MY COMPUTER?

  • 1. Head to Gazebotv.com and create an account.
  • 2. Click on the film or show you want to watch and purchase or rent.
  • 3. The video page will load and the video will start playing immediately.
  • 4. You can then make it full screen, and turn on subtitles (if available).

MY PAYMENT FAILED. WHAT DO I DO ?

Did your payment for your download or rental fail? Not to worry! We recommend immediately contacting us at info@gazebotv.com so our team can take a look at what happened. Please do not try to purchase or rent again. Sometimes a failure is due to a bank blocking what they see as a foreign charge, so you can also try contacting your bank to ask them to let the payment go through.


THE VIDEO PLAYBACK IS SLOW, OR CHOPPY.

HOW DO I ACCESS ALL OF MY PURCHASED CONTENT?

Easy as pie! Once you create an account and purchase/rent content, just login and you’ll see all of your titles available to watch immediately.
